We FINALLY made a decision. We moved our hold from a 1C to a 1D. A decision that had us sleepless, stressed, and really unsettled. We went with the more expensive yet bigger apartment. We gave up a HUGE patio as well as our separate dining room in order to gain a bigger bathroom, bigger apt(965 sq feet), and a loft space with vaulted ceilings. We can begin moving stuff in October 3rd! Crazy. Oh did I mention we did this site unseen... EK!

how is it that the site is unseen, is it brand new and unfinished? when marianne and i went to check ut apartments, I insisted on seeing the room, asking what cost of repairs are if there need be any, who installs the fridge, etc and they gave us the tour, and answered the questions free of charge. there was only one place that told us we had to give a deposit or make an apointment before seeing the place and when i said "forget it" they let us see it that day. so what happened?
ReplyDeleteThere is one loft in the entire apartment and there is someone living in it. This place is really popular and the lofts only come up every once in awhile so if one comes you put your deposit down the second you can or it is gone, that is how bad people want them. We were able to see the other one bedrooms because they had them open, haha no one wants those. They do take you on a tour, show you everything and do all that too :)
